The journey begins in Australia on October 25, 2024, with a free flight from Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne to Buenos Aires for a two-night stay and on to Ushuaia for another night and scenic tour before boarding Aurora Expeditions 132-guest expedition ship, Greg Mortimer, named after the renowned Australian mountaineer and explorer who founded Aurora Expeditions in 1991.
